“We lifted our team morale to step up and provide the best customer service to our clientele,” Mr Mishevski said.
“We didn’t sit back and expect the award; we stuck with our values and worked harder to give our customers the best.”
Mr Mishevski said that their success had come from three things they stood by — ethics, values and client care.
He said the agency prided itself on delivering first and being paid later.
“We take the risk on selling, not the client, and if there is no sale than there is no cost,” Mr Mishevski said.
“Beyond winning our category we had no control over the Business of the Year award and we were ecstatic with our achievement.”
The whole team of 16 staff including the other principals, Franco Di Napoli and Val Atkinson, attended the awards ceremony at Conca D’Oro Events Centre Riverwood, which had a crowd of 460 people attending.
